No, "no user-serviceable parts inside," as they say. The outboard cone is permanently swaged onto the axle. You can add oil to lubricate the bearings, run 'em 'til they die, and then replace.

figures. definitely more apparent once I removed some grime.
I popped off the dust cap to find half the balls in there, which explained the looseness and binding.
shoved them back in, along with half a q-tip shaft to keep the balls from migrating back out.
guess it’ll have to do until I find some better french-threaded pedals.
