I doubt it's worth much more or less than it would be with the original paint and it's definitely got a limited audience... However, the new paint is certainly admirable and very professionally applied. It looks super neat!

What’s odd is that he added a decal from Norton (the Roadholder forks decal) and what seems to be a Hetchins decal. Definitely one of a kind here,

Maybe custom for an owner? The Vincent HRD Owners' Association is probably the most dedicated marque club in motoring. Like, "all the parts to build one from scratch" dedicated. (One might, if one were feeling uncharitable, call them "obsessed." But that wouldn't be nice.)
Cool thing, though. Very much not to my taste, but also very cool.

A Vincent 52 would be dynamite

Not usually a fan of carbon bike shapes but sort of like this one a little…color way is wonderful and gives me some ideas…

We installed a 1953 Vincent Lightning in a Museum show on 1950's history. Unlike most of the objects in the show that came crated and packed carefully, the owner showed up with the Bike on the loading dock and we just rolled it through the downstairs galleries and into the elevator. The look on the staff's face when the elevator opened and the Preparator came rolling out on the Vincent was priceless, he sat on it and steered as we pushed him into the upstairs gallery. There was a story/rumor that the owner (who was also the architect of the building) had ridden the Vincent over the (sort of pyramid shaped) building right after it was completed, if true it would have been quite a thing to witness.

Partial red curly forks and stays just aren't in keeping with what most people think of when they hear Vincent HRD. Still an interesting bike but not quite ready for prime time.

I guess whoever made this probably wanted to hint on the Hetchins, but simply had more H.R.D. stickers. While the work and money is definitely put into it, the end result is debatable. Those HRD Stickers would actually look good on my carbon bike (all shiny black) but I wouldnt use them, but I'm thinking about a John Llayer Special theme, since bike is an unknown model and currently the POs name is painted on it.

What I especially love about them is how the engine looks looks like a piece of art on its own.

The father (Tony Wilson, nice guy) of one of my best friends at school (Nigel) used to restore Vincents and was quite well known in the owners club. A walk around his workshop he built at home was a wonderful experience. I remember him building up an A-series Rapide racer made from Ginger Woods frame, and I just found my late friends brother (Nathan) talking about it.

Tony offered me a Vincent Comet for £1500 when I left school and started working. How I wish I had that kind of money then! It was just too much for me to afford at the time! This thread took me back 42 years and I'll raise a glass in memory to Tony and Nigel later, I still miss them both.

This past May I went to the Quail Motofest, which is one of the premier motorcycle shows in the US. Those who ride to the show can park their bikes along either side of the entrance road. This Vincent was about 20ft from where I parked. There were several more on display at the show.

There was also this interesting tubing sticker there.
