i need hoops
hey all ...i need some place to get some cheap 700c hoops to finish my wild 3 speed 1971 schwinn racer. any ideas where i can score some good used or NOS stuff. spokes could be handy too,... i know the stuff i have will not fit because of me running high flange hubs....all mine will be the wrong length. thanks all james

Bikes: 1959 Capo Modell Campagnolo; 1960 Capo Sieger (2); 1962 Carlton Franco Suisse; 1970 Peugeot UO-8; 1982 Bianchi Campione d'Italia; 1988 Schwinn Project KOM-10;
700C rims are readily available on eBay and elsewhere. SheldonBrown.com and others have spoke length charts. Another option is to find a decent set of old high-flanged 700C wheels and swap rear hubs.

thanks, i'd love to get them from you. email me at karlkaferkaferbeetle@yahoo.com with how you want to get paid. really appreciate it. i am running a 3speed hub on this bike because i did not want to spread the frame to fit a freewheel hub. hence the reason i'm needing to build some wheels. all i have are some 26" hoops and i need taller ones to fit the weinmann calipers i want to aid the old coaster brake. thanks ... james
