82' Trek 950

Here she is finally, about to get an overhaul. Full columbus, 62cm just my size. Here is a list of current specs and ->soon to be specs

Hubs: campy record 8-sp->Chris king (just HAPPEN to have one lying around)
Rims: campy
Rear d:Campy 8sp->10 sp centaur
Front d:Campy 8sp->10 sp centaur
Cranks: Stronglight->10 sp chorus
BB: ?->chorus
Brake/shift lever: campy non aero->10 sp centaur
Brakes: campy record
Bars: Cinelli
Stem: Cinelli
Seat post: Campy->thompson
Headset: campy record





It rides quick, a little less stable than the old fixie PX-10...the rear end is also much shorter than the Peugeot

Bikes: Austro Daimler Ultima

Very nice Trek! I used to sell/work on those. They are well-made and great riding frames. You will enjoy it I'm sure. The Peugeot fixie is neat, too!

I sure hope you are right!
The trek will by my bread and butter bike for the next few years. Looking back I could have bought a nice 'newer' complete bike for the $$ I will have put into these two.
