Looking for a "dog fang"

Hi,
I'm looking for a "dog fang" (see image), or similar.
They are fastened to a seat tube to prevent derailling to the inside when a front derailleur does not exist.
They are intended for the smaller, inside, chain rings. My intent is to obtain one with a longer reach to apply to the outside chain ring. My seat tube diameter is 1.13 inches. Ideas? Suggestions?

Some creative configurations! Thanks!
I have time on my hands; maybe I can craft something, given these images.
