Express-Werke head badge

Hi guys,
I recently painted up and old Express-Werke professional for my GF and I am having a problem finding a way to attached the headtube badge. The badge was already separated from the bike when I got it. Is it supposed to be attached using rivits or screws? Anyone have a source for either that would work? Thanks.
Chase

Most finicky "experts" will insist on somthing like this "drive screw"

But before I ever had an expert critique my unschooled resorations, I got nice miniature screws and tapped the HT holes with a matching tap and screwed them in place with a little Loctite on the threads...and it was just fine by me.

Thanks for the help guys. I going on a hunt for those little drive screws. That radioshack screw idea is good also. Hmmmm.
