Greetings,
I am looking to buy a 54 cm or less, '62-'77 Schwinn P-14 Paramount or any year Cinelli Supercord Pista or Cinelli Olympic Pista complete track bike or frame.
The bike/frame should have all original or period correct parts not including tape, tires, saddle, or straps.
If you have one you would like to sell or know someone who might be interested in selling one please let me know. I am a very serious buyer.
Thanks

Hello all,
I've received very little replies to my post. So I figured I must be doing something wrong. Anybody have any ideas on locating some replacement hoods? I'm doing the eBay thing, and posted on CL. I don't really spend too much time on these forums, but I do have references of people that know me and their good members here. One more thing I forgot to mention. I would use PayPal to pay for these. So you don't have to deal with the hassles of a check.
Any help?

Hi guys and gals! I'm keeping an eye out for either Araya or Ukai 700c rims or whole wheels, 36 spoke, 20mm or less in outside width. Either good used or NOS, not interested in any with flat spots. Those darned things are hard to find!
Story: I found a beautiful used set on eBay last week, gold anodized Araya with Shimano 600 hubs. It started out as a BUy IT Now at $85.00, but when I went back to it a few minutes later to but it, someone had made a starting bid on it. As it turned out, the set sold for $152.00. I was sick to my stomach for not buying it sooner. The would have looked sweet on my Nishiki or my Fuji.

If one of your ratchets isn't working, it's most likely just gummed up. I just got some that flopped around.
I unscrewed the plate and found the ratchet part was frozen in place. I got it all apart including sliding the
ratchet pawl out.(looks like a "9") Be careful and don't break the spring, and it should work good as new once
you clean and re lube it.,,,,BD

Bikes: 3 Rollfasts, 3 Schwinns, a Shelby and a Higgins Flightliner in a pear tree!
A genuine beat-up and serviceable Schwinn tank for postwar twin lower cantilevered 26" frames (i.e. under dozens of names such as Phantom etc) Sure, I'll bet Western Flyer tanks fit but I just got a real nice nine-hole rack for the rear and the fat fenders I'm adding would like a paintable, fixable tank to go along for the horn and batteries. See the mockup for yourself and remember that I won't be able to finish until the 30th as I'm waiting for my check but I need to budget it (it's my birthday in June and I hope I can fill the propane and introduce carcincogens known to to cause lab mice in cancer by the state of Ahnold! into my beef for about four mos)

I'm still zooming around and gaining more stamina/losing some pain on my "daily driver" so have a look and thanks.
Heeeeeere's 'Germaine'!

I'm a newbie to Vintage and to road biking.
I'm not particular about the brand (except I do not want a Schwinn at this time) as long as it is high quality however I am looking for a middle-highend 55 cm 1980's road bike with "Sport/Touring" "Credit Card/Touring" geometry and has equivalent or better then Ishwata 022/Renolds 531 tubing. With mid-highend Group (My Preference is Campy). And if the Group/Grouppo is not highend and at least 9 speed I want it to be relatively easily upgradable with only a few minor modifications. Preferably 20 lbs or Less with or after upgraded to high end. I'm not particular about paint and such as long as it is not trashed I just want to be able to verify the bike is what it is claimed to be.
I can only pay $300 possibly $350 at most via PayPal which seems to be part of the problem so far.

Hey,
I'm looking for saddlebag clamp for Carradice saddlebags. I just got a Brooks Team Pro, and it does not have the loops on it. So a saddlebag clamp or a Bagman support (new type) will be needed.
Also, if anyone wants to get rid of an old Bagman support, PM me.
Thanks.

Speaking of saddles, I need a Brooks mattress-type saddle for a Raleigh Sprite that I am going to flip on CL for cheap$. I got the incomplete bike for free and tried to give it away but nobody bit...just need the saddle to complete the package and sell it (funny thing is I gave one of these saddles away to a C&V member about a year ago, now I need one). I'd be happiest to trade for something of equal value, just ask me about what you're looking for.
Thanks,
Alan

the crank pictured is almost surely 144BCD, you will have a hard time (if not impossible) finding a chainring that looks like that in 130BCD.

It's not for that crank. It's for a Topline I recently received that screams for a drilled ring. Maybe I'll have to do it myself or better yet.........I know some machinists. Maybe it's time to call in some favors...........

Rigida Score ~ 36 Hole
Looking for a rather hard to find Rigida Score rim (36), this to match the one that DIDNT turn into a potato chip...
This is going on my '84 De Rosa Professional. I have a pair of Mavic GEL280/GL330 tub wheels with Campy Record hubs but the Rigida Scores on the Superbe Pro hubs are getting daily use with the Veloflex Pave. They actually do, or should I say DID, surprisingly well.
PM or email if you have something hanging around. Thanks in advance.
