STILL SEARCHING FOR:

* One Stronglight 93 crank dustcap
* Toeclip mounting hardware (the little rectangular pieces with two holes in each) to suit Campy Chorus/Victory pedals
* Shimano 600 tri-colour era 32 hole front hub
* short-reach Mafac Racer or Competition calipers; "standard" reach is too long for my 1981 Apollo Gran Sport, and I believe they came in varying reaches, though I'm unsure how short. Even a non-functional set or just the brake arms themselves are fine; I can cannibalise some normal Racers to make something work.

Someone has offered to send me a stem shifter, so I think i've got that covered. Thanks for the other offers!

I'm still looking for a few things, like a triple road crank and a matching bottom english threaded bracket.
Anyone?

leecycle 07-18-08 10:55 AM

I'm looking for the mounting bracket for an older Cateye CC-7000 cyclecomputer.

WANT:

Chrome chainstay protector w/adhesive strip. The clear film got heat damaged on my Klein and I cannot scrape or peel it off. Alcohol and acetone don't work. It's time for a cover up.

Try 0000 steel wool and some simple green.

Otherwise, Velo Orange seems to have some chainstay protectors.

Thanks for the lead, but I'm looking for the Accushift 7-speed bar end shifters.

I'm looking for a 130 mm 1" quill stem, 71-77 angle, 25.4 or 26.0 clamp would work. Thanks.

Edit: Found one. Thank you.

bibliobob 07-24-08 03:46 PM

Any pantographed Olmo bits that you might have lying around and be interested in selling at a reasonable price. Specifically, I'd really like some shifters or a stem but would be interested in whatever you might have. Thanks!

Campagnolo Brake Levers

ISO one pair of Campagnolo brake levers (post Super Record) and pre-brifters (shifters and brakes). I am looking for something like a record, athena, victory, triumph, etc.

Thanks,

Guy

I am in search of handelbars.

26.0 clamp. 40-42 width. I would perfer classic bend but I might also be interested in egro's as long as they don't have the extra bump in the drop. Something Nitto or 3T would be ideal.

WTB / ISO: 3T "Mutant" Quill stem. Would prefer 105mm, but would be interested in whatever you have.

Man, I've got about 5 or 6 computers I've taken off of bikes. I'm just not into them, period.
I'm thinking about mounting them just to tell the time. If you know what it looks like, I may have it.

The only one I'll keep is the red Schwinn computer that came on an Italian bike.
(Well, hey, it's red.)

Maybe I can sell it to wolfpack, that color goes well in that town.

And is this the bike that will get those Suntour stemmers?

Thanks.

kramonut 07-28-08 12:40 PM

Okay, I'm looking for an old Pletscher rear rack that will fit on my 20" folder (the Triumph Trafficmaster, little sister to the Raleigh Twenty). I've got a lead on a couple of them on Ebay, but I'd like to save on shipping by buying within Canada or even buying locally. It doesn't have to be in perfect condition cosmetically, but it has to be structurally sound and have all the needed hardware.

gregam 07-30-08 08:15 AM

Help! I need a pair of Rigida Clincher Alloy 27 X 1 1/4" rims.

I am restoring my wifes Peugeot PH19. It came with a set of mismatched hubs and rims. I have managed to put together a set of Maillard Low Flange hubs, now all I need are the rims.
