Yeah I really didnt get this thread.. it looks like it says "Loving" to me, even.

I had some cheap Korean pliers that had a stamping in it that read "Forged Steal".

Someone in the Mechanics forum said that their Hozan lockring spanner said "Rock Ring" on it. Mine, unfortunately, is spelled correctly

my '69 Schwinn Sting-Ray had a front hub with the same script. Looks like that bike has seen Bruning Man duty.

...or has had it's wheel "Rat Rodded." The Ratters love to rattle can spray paint the entire wheel, spokes, hub, rim, and sometimes even the tire. Looks like "Schwinn" to me.
