Miyata

I agreed to help a friend with E-bay so that he can sell off his old stock in his sporting goods store. In return he gave me a New-Old-Stock Miyata 718a.

OK...he gave you a 718a. Your just telling us that or would you like knoW its a Meduim diameter aluminum mainframe with bonded lugs The rear triangle is chromoly bonded to the BB shell and pinned to the seat lug with seatpost binder bolt.

Everything else you need to know about it is already there. Components are all named etc....

Where in central NY? Miyatas were never sold at 'sporting goods stores'. I only ask because I worked at Miyata dealer in upstate NY.

He didn't say the bike was from the store. Maybe it was, but he didn't say that.

The owner of the store sold Miyata, Cannondale, Peugot and others along with skis and clothing. He still has some NOS stuff that he want's to sell off on E-bay. He is slowly preparing for retirement.

Miyatas and Peugots, yes. Cannondale no. We are going to put everything on E-bay. PM me with your frame size if you are really interested.

I think commas are important. In internet communications, they help clarify your thoughts.
