Marzano track frames?

does anyone know anything about these? I have a frameset that I think may be a Marzano (not sure though) and would like some background on them.

Thanks

From: Take a deep breath, and ask--What would Sheldon do?

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.

Anyone?

Do you have photos? Details of lugs, seatstays, etc., could really help. Also, a serial number might be useful.

Bikes: to many to list

the frameset i have is slightly different than that one on ebay, however the fork crown has a similar 'm' in a shield....all the lugs have a matching shield cutout....here is a terrible photo, ill post more when i get some time.

i know nothing about the company, thats why I started up the thread....someone out there must know something.

I actually don't even know if my frame is a marzano, i just saw the sheilds on the fork look similar and thought maybe it could be...

did marinoni ever use italian threaded bottom brackets? mine has an italian bb....also looking at marinoni frames it seems they have maple leaves in the lugs not sheilds

marzano track frames..

you are right about the maple leaf on the marinoni frames. the fork crown on your bike appears to have an 'm' within a shield, and the fork crown on my frame appears to have an 'm' within a heart shape. as for marinoni frames , they are mostly custom made, and last i talked to them about having a frame built, you cou get english or italian threads.

First off, you need to take better photos of a bee-yoot like that.

I love mystery frames. I remember combing the internets looking for info on my (now departed) Sabatini> I found nothing except for a coupla pics on campyonly. My buddy has a Talbot track with gorgeous long point lugs with cutouts - once again no info until someone recently posted theirson velospace.

Sorry I can't help. Enjoy the bike!
