That's the Triomphe group allright, similar to Victory but the crank is slightly lighter & less "beefy" compared to victory. You can still find Triomphe & Victory NOS on e-Bay. Nice bike, should clean up nicely. Don

Kind of interesting group. If that is a self-extracting bolt on the crank, it is Victory. The calipers have an acorn nut, which would be Victory, but the brake levers look to be Triomphe, as does the rear derailleur. But if you remove the rear derailleur and it has an insert at the pivot for adjustment, it is Victory. Nice find.

Victory crank:
https://cgi.ebay.com/Campagnolo-Victo...QQcmdZViewItem
The Victory crank arms are heavier than Triomphe & have a straight run to the ring, Triomphe narrows then flares out where the crank ring attaches. (edit) I have two swapmeet Triomphe cranks that were labeled as Victory by the seller. Neither group was very popular & they seem to sell for low ($20-25) prices at swap meets. I like mine & they are lighter than my Athena, Chorus cranksets. I believe they have 116 BCD & can take a smaller than 39 tooth inner ring if you can find one. Don

But I will say the brake calipers appear atypical of Triomphe. All the Triomphe calipers I have seen had a funky looking open nut and these appear to have an acorn. Maybe it is the angle.

+1 on Triomphe crank....I have one as well. 116BCD, and chainrings other than 42, 52 and 53 are non-existent, other than on complete crank sets (which are also reasonably rare).

hum, well i'll be the itty-bitty person who will ride it. i'm 5'6 with short inseam and this bike is a 50cm. it's perfect for me.
does anyone know if i can use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean these parts (brakes and derailleur) without taking them apart? will the vibration wreck them?

I haven't tried ultrasonic but my favorite cleaner right now is a spray can of brake parts cleaner - I use Pyroil that I buy at KMart for $1.99. Put the straw into any crevise and blast. Voila! that part is clean. It's made to use on automobile brake parts including the pads, so it's not going to hurt bike parts.
