Found this one on freecycle. It was on its way to the scrap yard if no one wanted it. So we proudly adopted it. 1967 Schwinn Breeze 3 speed.

what model is that goose??

Here's mine. Raleigh Sports made between 1956 and 1958. From what I can figure out, the Brooks saddle was original to the bike.

How much would it take for me to get you to part with that thing so it can be brought back from that unfitting state it is currently in?

I was going to say something about preferring it's original form but decided against it.
|
Nothing cut off, bike being ridden & enjoyed.
Looks good too. Well done. |

Early '70s Gitane Tour de France. Reynolds 531. This was found in the back yard of the LBS I used to work at connected to a horrible old exercise thingie.
Alot of work went into this one. Rear canti studs brazed on. Waterbottle bosses added. I had cable stops made, machined out of stainless steel and brazed on at my place of employment. Peugeot hybrid fork. I painted it with DuPont Centari, Chevy Truck White. I use it as my heavy-duty touring, commuting, ruff-stuff rig.http://velospace.org/files/phpT8CQnEAM.jpg |

I guess it pays to read the entire post :)

Unfortunately, I have no pictures since this was before going digital and I sold it to a collector shortly after. I didn't enjoy the ride. |
What do you have against fenders?
|
They clutter the bike too much when you want to showcase the frame itself. I like fenders in certain applications, like this one:
