Stubborn Paint.
Removed almost all the paint today from my Pinarello Montello. 3 coatings of spray paint stripper and lots of brushing and scrubbing. Some places just fell off but still a few stuborn places just don't want to let go yet, mostly around the lugs. Any tips on best chemicals amd techniques will be helpful.
Frame is all chrome under paint but very roughed up where the paint was.

I would put a wirewheel on a drill to remove the stuborn bits. Go easy over the chrome and you should be ok, unless its flaking.
Easier to chrome the whole frame than to do spots. Its rough because they only polish what will show as chrome.

The wire wheel will destroy your 'chrome', by it's 'cutting action', better to
use a sharp blade to LIFT the grunge off the 'chrome',
