More Saved from the Dump
Literally. Things are finally pretty slow at the LBS so we're cleaning house. Recently they tossed about 200lbs of literature that had been in drawers too long. Mostly current era stuff but I snagged these, thinking someone would like them more than the recycling center would. Free for the cost of shipping - probably USPS flat rate envelopes.
#1: TAKEN. 1985 Cannondale catalog. Full color of the sporting goods product lines. This was still the train station era. Gear, kit and luggage for camping, cycling, skiing, hiking, etc. https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...26c441a157.jpg #2: TAKEN 1992 Campagnolo components catalogs. One for Road bikes. One for off-road bikes. https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...3f49883006.jpg #3: TAKEN Any Ross keepers of the flame? This is a real mixed bag of stuff. One catalog, one merchandising aids catalog, numerous price lists, 6 replacement parts manuals (1979 to 1984). Shipping on this may be more as it may need a Priority box. https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...263f37e78e.jpg |
hazetguy Check out Ross reading material.

I would like the Cannondale if available. Pm incoming.

Another saved from the dump
TAKEN: Avocet saddle grabbed from a BSO headed for the grinder. Not a great saddle but may just suit your needs. Should fit a USPS medium Priority box = $15.50 for domestic addresses.

Another "saved from the dump" for someone. Salvaged off a bike heading for the knackers. Each folding basket is 13" x 8" by 9" deep. Mounting clips included for securing to a rear rack. All steel and just right for a grocery getter or that look you used to love. Fits in a USPS Priority Mail medium FR box-2 side load. So CONUS shipping is probably $15.50 plus taxes. Fully functional with only a couple of mild rusty patches. Free. CONUS only. (TAKEN. They're gone)

CLAIMED I've had this Suntour Blue Line front derailleur languishing in my garage since January. I didn't have any takers when I tried to sell it, maybe someone will feel more compelled here; otherwise, it's gonna get trashed.

Claimed
For those who aren't familiar, SPD-R cleats only work on shoes with a special in-line 2 bolt mounting pattern - they are not compatible with the common 2-bolt MTB type shoe or with 3-bolt road shoes. I mention that as a warning just in case anyone is tempted to take these just to try them out: if you don't already have the shoes to match, don't bother. Cleats are relatively easy to find and seem to last forever, but compatible shoes are long since out of production and scarce. They do show up on Ebay from time to time if you know what you're looking for, but if you're not already committed to this old system I promise it's not worth your time. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...c3d6ed104a.jpg |
