PMd. I know a Peugeot mixte that could use a set of these.

GONE: Talk about specific... I have this set of brifter hoods that I meant to give to the buyer of my old Fuji w/ 105 (ST-5700) shifters. That said, I don't know that these will actually work on 105, as they're listed as being for 6600 era Ultegra. Here's a picture, if you can make use of them, I am happy to send them to you for the cost of shipping (which should be LOW based on the fact that they weigh very little, and will go in a bubble envelope).

Orphan 170mm Campy Strada 1974 drive-side crank arm. This had the common spider cracks, big enough visually that I decided not to include this in a sale last summer. I just ground out those cracks with a small rat tail file. It's generally not in awesome shape in other regards either. Defintely no better than rider quality. Yours for postage. No give backs. No dental bills...

The orphaned arm that Skip sent me had more than just a start of a crack. The crack actually went across the arm and needed some help in finding it. Needless to say the arm is now retired from any service on a bike and now is in the Parts to Art bin. There is a young lady here that takes this stuff in and makes bike art out of it. It will likely live on as some type of art. Smiles, MH

Sorry about the crank arm. Still, a better outcome than it would have gotten here (metal scrappers).

Cast alu gets about 70 cents a pound here. I'll make $30 with the box of cranks in the basement. :twitchy:

Raleigh Supercouse 1973 - local pick-up in San Pedro CA
You might have seen this in the "Craigslist finds - are you looking for one of these?" thread or the "Saved from the Dump/ Catch of the day thread"
Bike is available to anyone who can pick-up in San Pedro, CA (South LA) - no shipping.

Couldn't help myself and went and picked this up a few weeks ago. I decided I have too many projects (and not enough room) to take this one on. I got started on cleaning it up - crank and chromed frame bits cleaned up pretty nicely.

The Good: 1973 Raleigh Supercourse - Carlton - 531 frame - Capella lugs - Complete bike
The Bad: Cracks on welds on the caps of seat stays (apparently a common Raleigh problem?), Paint is beat-up, grime and rust (I got started, crank cleaned up nicely, but plenty left), mis-matched rims, I'm keeping the saddle

Happy to answer any questions

Last chance on the Raleigh above - need the space!

Donated a cf frame to Dream Bikes co-op in MKE.
I put a ton of miles on that frame.
I won't bother with a photo of it, since when I first posted the build to Fifty-plus forum, it drew resounding radio silence.

Edit: This has been spoken for. Thanks for the interest.

Yours for postage, Garmin Edge 500, charger, GSC-10 cadence sensor, and quarter turn mount with large o-rings (for fat bars) and two small o-rings (for vintage bars). A friend who stopped riding a few years ago gave it to me recently. (I use a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt, so don't need it.) I charged it up a few days ago. It still reads 97% charged, so I think the battery is at least okay. I don't have a manual, but it seems pretty easy to figure out. The manual is available online. When I first powered it up, it downloaded a software update. Not sure how it did that, as I gave it no network credentials.

By modern standards, I suspect this is a pretty basic GPS cycle computer. It would probably be useful for someone just getting started or who only wants to track basic info. It also came with two quarter turn mounts. I'm going to keep one mount along with most of the small bar o-rings for my vintage bikes. You can have one mount and all the fat bar o-rings.

SoCaled Hi- tried to PM you, but only have six posts so far. I just picked up a Blackburn stand like the one in your picture. I noticed that the threads on the "clamping knob/ screw" on your stand stick out a lot more (after going through the bottom nut) on your stand. As my stand is now, I can only clamp on smaller diameter tubing. It looks like yours will accommodate larger tubes. Did you acquire a longer clamping screw for your stand?

As someone who helps run a bike co-op, your donation is appreciated.
