Nothing special 32 hole hub. It could used an overhaul before being laced into a wheel.

For the folks who have checked out the JBB thread, you know I picked up a "carpet fibre" bike that could not be saved. But a bunch of parts from that bike are going to leave here destined for some BF member who is willing to pay the modest shipping costs from USPS. The whole lot of this should fit a box about 6 inches square. PM me. Smiles, MH

These things are useable. Stem, HS, brakes (a bent post on the rear but otherwise ok), F&R derailleurs and the adjuster bits for cables.

Mad Honk 06-16-25 04:24 PM

Travis,
Both of those items have left the shop. But stay tune as there is always new stuff showing up here. Smiles, MH

Three later SunTour freewheels, one AP, two Alpha, all 13-24, two 7sp, one 6sp. Two of them spin kind of noisily, one seems okay. Good for spare parts or refurbishing I suppose. All three will fit in a USPS small flat rate box. Yours for postage.

Cleaning out my apron pocket, and I found a pair of these:
https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...d974a00a55.jpg
barrel adjusters for brake levers
I don't remember which levers these fit; maybe some older model Mafac? In any case they need to be with someone who has need for them. Nothing here in the shop that they will fit. They are brass with threads on the interior of the smooth side and the cable stop on the knurled end. PM me Smiles. MH

randyjawa 06-26-25 03:11 PM

They do look like older Mafac to me also...

I agree, MAFAC.

After listing these Santé bits a while I have to accept that there is zero interest for these kinds of item on ebay, and I'd like for someone to appreciate them. Let me know if you are interested in anything along with your ZIP code and I will get you an estimate for shipping. Also, if you take anything you have to promise not to tell my wife because I told her that selling these on ebay would pay for the frame that these came off of :thumb:.

Grubby hoods but in fair condition:

https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...c88a2c509e.jpg

A word about these calipers: the rear is missing the adjuster and is horribly corroded on the backside:

This crankset is in good shape and if it the BCD was 110 it would be already installed on one of my bikes because it is a pretty part (I do have the chrome dust covers, I found them after I took photos):

Genuine Santé headset in fair condition; the crown race is still on the fork which I have yet to locate, but it's in the garage somewhere. Races are polished but not damaged:

That is unbelievably generous of you. Hopefully someone pays at least an appreciation for that generosity.

It would look cool on a blue and white 53cm Nishiki Tri-A which I have but it will be finding a new home (too small).

zammykoo 06-30-25 03:00 PM

That's a great giveaway! very generous of you, Jolly

Mad Honk 06-30-25 03:07 PM

Or maybe a blue and white Basso Loto, but what will I do with the NR group that is on there?
the last Sante' I had went to Wes Barnes in Canada on the red bike that took a covid year to cross the border. Smiles, MH

xiaoman1 07-06-25 07:41 AM

For free???? !!!!.......I am surprised that no one has offered to pay for shipping as well as adding a bit extra for this group......If I were in the buying mode (which I am not) I would have made an offer already.
Maybe were waiting for jolly to also pay for shipping and installation..........:innocent:
Best, Ben

RubeRad 07-06-25 07:43 AM

Sounds like a great offer, but I've never even heard of Sante' before.

drewellison 07-06-25 08:16 AM

Dang! I missed out on the Sante groupset. That would have looked great on my blue Rossin with white lettering which is in need of a groupset. I better pay more attention!

Nuovo Gran Sport. The fella that gave it to me thought it might be some special model, but he is still a younger mechanic. Anyway it should work for a BF member working on a period correct build.

Claimed. Crank dust caps; the Suginos are plastic, the others are metal. They are in "meh" condition but might be what you need to complete that build project. Your pick for USPS mailing cost.
