-- vintage SHOGUN owners-- help

i have a frame thats been repainted.. there is only 1 mark on it. (see pic)

a few members informed me it looks like a shogun logo.. however ive been doing more research and cant find a shogun logo that is similar. there is a "S" logo.. but very different from the shoguns ive seen.

does anyone know for sure if this is a shogun? do you have the same logo (pics)

if not.. anyone know what this frame is?

I have only one Shogun, a mid 80s 300. Sorry, No, the S does not look like the one on your bike. Maybe someone else can check their Shogun to see if the logo was different through the years.

I had a guy stop by for some parts Sunday that had an old Shogun. I didn't look too closely 'cause I didn't want to weird him out but I'll e-mail him and ask him if his seat stay cap is similar. Hope he replies! PM me in a day or 2 if this post gets buried and I don't remember.

The guy e-mailed me back with a pic of his seat stay cap. I'm sorry to say it looks exactly like the one posted above. The search goes on! Good luck with that.
