How much is it worth?

More info on it? My guess is it's entry level, and $200 is a ridiculous asking price unless it's been upgraded with some nice components.
Of course, it's worth whatever you're willing to pay. To most regulars here, OFG and BBM are not off the mark. If you're looking for a functioning bike for utilitarian purposes, it may be worth $50-$100 - if it's functioning.
EDIT: Searched BF by using this string in Google: "Puch Pursuit site:bikeforums.net"
Came up with one thread, mentioning a Puch Mistal Pursuit. Unfortunately, the scans from the catalog were lost in a server crash. At least in '88 it was a mid-range bike (judging from the components listed in the thread), selling for $350 new.

Assuming that it's the Puch listed on Los Angeles CL I'd. say around $150, assuming it has no major flaws. If it was closer to me I'd take a look. Shimano Arabesque and Columbus tubing plus being in a major metropolitan area bump the price up.

Interesting, the thread I mentioned above makes reference to a Bianchi made Puch, fatto nel Italia!

Looks like the fork might also be a replacement. And stamped dropouts in the rear - not so great.

Thanks for the help (except for the first two replies). Not being very knowledgeable about bikes, other than a casual interest- I thought it wasn't worth much more than $100. It's in good shape, needs tubes. There is nothing special about it and nothing added. A google search makes me think it's never been a real popular item.
