The seat looks older, but I don't know what year the frame is because of the picture resolution. A larger/ more detailed pic would help.

It looks a bit blurry even with the thumbnail expanded. But I can see where you'd be coming from with that, and I'd be inclinded to agree.

How about going to the Vintage Trek website and checking out the Component Dates page. Assuming they are original, you should be able to figure the date of the bike by dating the components.
