Bearing size for Nylfor Headset?

Bearing size for Nylfor Headset?
Any one the what size bearings I'll need for my Nylfor headset? Are there options for the type of bearing I can use? I've read somewhere that you could use steel or nylon bearings. I've never seen nylon bearings. Did they or better yet do they still exist?
And yes I know this headset probably won't last long or perform well. I'm building a "stupid light" bike.
