This Just In
Sorry, no pics until tomorrow when my camera returns home, along with my wife.
Anyhow, Fedex just brought me a 1983 Fuji S12-S 18 speed 19-1/2 inch mixte in ebony, with all original equipment except saddle, handlebar wrap, and one Sugino crank arm dustcap (anyone got one?). Paint/decals excellent, except for where kickstand was mounted.
I got this from the original owner and along with the original receipt/owners manual, she had a 1983 Fuji catalog in excellent condition, about 20 pages in full color, with all the specs for their models for that year. This is a wealth of knowledge, I'll eventually get it scanned and on line.
Very stoked about this one - not only is it in very good original condition, it has some things that are a little rare among mixte's, like forged dropouts.
It does have pretty good coat of oily grime, but most of the chrome parts look pretty good under this, which probably helped to protect.
Well, pics will be coming, this is a big find for me.

Congratulations! Can't wait for some photos. I'm assuming it has a six-cog rear and triple front?

Crank is a pretty cool Sugino maxy triple, 110 bcd, with "Fuji" engraved on the arms.
