Club Fuji - What clipless pedals?

What clipless pedals should I put on my Club Fuji that would complement its "lines"?

I have new Ultegra/Open Pros and a new Sugino XD compact crank; otherwise everything else is the original Suntour/Dia Compe.

The ones that match the cleats attached to your shoes. Mine happen to be SPD-SL. Yours might be different

I'll need to get shoes too. I'm currently using Cyclone pedals with toeclips and straps.

I assume what you're asking is, "What vintage pedals will best match the bike?"

Go with the older model Look style pedals. They've got a long enough lineage that they'll cover quite a age ange of bikes. Yeah, they're not the greatest type of cleats to walk in, but they click in very quickly (and easily) and do the job.

I'm also running SPD cleats on some of my bikes, primarily the touring models, so I can use MTB shoes that are easy to walk in. They work OK, but they're a lot fussier to get clipped and unclipped.
