Either of the bolts shown at the top would do just fine.
The washer fits on a completely different type of Weinmann yoke used in the '60s - also used as caliper washers:

What year is your Falcon? I have two of these, one is the original off this Paramount, and the other is a post-Sept. '62 variant, when they split the spring in two. Both short-reach.
I cannot recall why I swapped the front though - I'd examine it to make sure there isn't any damage to it before putting it to use.
Let me know if you need either.

Thanks for the offer, but I need both a 610 front and a 750 rear, so I'll just keep looking. I have a set in those sizes from later vintage (black labels/washers) that I can use in the meantime.
