Brakes for a retro fit

Hey I just wanted to let everyone know it they are looking to retro a bike from 27's... size rims that is... to 700's with an external bolt pattern conection stem instead of the recessed bolt... that is using an older frame and wanting to put new brakes on it while updating etc.... well there is the tektro 800A they are extra long reach brakes with the external bolt that is needed.

I got mine at https://www.modernbike.com for $18.00 for the pair...

I am tickled at the price and that we don't have to drill to make the holes larger to get the brakes to work... YEA!!!!

You mean you gave up 2 hours of frustrating drilling, Dremel tool work, hand filing just to buy parts that ACTUALLY WORKED?
