Got this schwinn from the dump today. All it needed was a front wheel, everything else is great. Too big for me so I'm gonna sell it.

Snagged these off FB Marketplace a couple days ago for $60. Sun Rhyno Lite 26 X 27mm with SST spokes and Deore hubs. They got water under the plastic packaging and have some minor stains on the rims but are fully functional.

I saved an old Zunow Z1 Japanese racing bike that someone put up for free at a garage sale. Works perfectly now.

Early 70's? PX10, toured out, rusty, Campy Record hubs, 1 flat skewer, 1 curved, Superbe brakes, original HS, Big S touring pedals, flat bars with mushroom grips, Blackburn racks, front lowrider , Deore Fd and deerhead RD, now between the two there is almost two matched sets of derailleurs.

^ Very nice pickup on that Peugeot! I saw that posted on the Portland CL last evening and realized it was a PX-10 for a giveaway price. That is a great color; looks like it will clean up very nicely. Those racks alone are worth what you paid for the whole bicycle. Good on you!

SCREAMING deal at $40! I'm saying 1972 - plain Nervex DuBois lugs painted black and the classic comfy geometry only happened that year. Before and after, with those graphics, it's usually Nervex Professional lugs. The PX-10LE also used the plain DuBois lugs, but those were built with much steeper angles and the lugs were left white with gold lining. Nothing is stock on this bike, but it's still metric gauge 531, so if its your size, enjoy! Again, awesome score!

Tx, Stronglight Competition HS is still original but that's it, wish the BB and crank was still there. I'll take the Campy hubs, Superbe brakes, Deerhead RD, Specialized pedals that seem to be pretty hard to come by. I have another recent PX10 that most of the original stuff is there, Simplex cable clips, binder bolt, seatpost, shifters, and derailleurs that don't matter much, Stronglight crank, BB, HS all in good shape so we'll see where this goes.

Well, it's not original but it's probably a pretty early example Shimano version with a french Sugino BB, no speedo so.....

Also not sure about the fenders, no branding that I can see yet but they are in great shape and look like the real deal of some sort.

Yeah, those Expedition pedals are great for fat-footed guys like us. I remember you trying to talk me out of some I posted on an after-the-swap-meet thread, before I even had a chance to try them. Gad you finally found some. :)

Probably should have walked away on this one but obviously I didn't. Late '81 or early '82 and VERY rough Univega Nuovo Sport, CroMO frame with forged dropouts, I believe it is a Miyata built bike. SN starts with a "J" followed by 6 digits.

That thing was built for a giant...

I assumed that's what they were, like I said no branding which they normally have IME and they are more robust than others I have and have seen. very nice fenders.

Note: I have gotten a wheelset (Mavic rims, Shimano 600 Tri-color hubs) ready for the Nishiki frame you so generously provided; still need a BB; all other parts are in the parts bin. Still have 2 NC beers left!

:foo: Why do you say that? It's a 25" frame, I'm a fairly normal 6' 1-1/2" and that's what I ride.

Silver ones had the ESGE screened on the silver (and visible through the clear or smoked plastic) running the length of the rib but the black ones only had a small sticker, as I recall. Still, hard to mess up the ID once you've seen a pair.
