Bikes: Focus trash find commuter, Eddy Merckx Corsa, BP Stealth TT bike, Leader 720 TT bike, Boardman Comp Hybrid drop bar conversion, Quantec CX budget cyclocross build, SerottaNOS frameset ready to build up!

Metalchef, another option would be Tektro road levers for V-brakes with Kelly Take-Off shifters. They´re funky little things that I considered for my tri bike before going with SRAM GripShift on the aerobars.
Kelly shifters crop up on eBay, as he does not do regular production any more.
Best of luck, and congratulations with the weight loss.
