You'll need a wheel that will handle a 10 speed cassette and have room between the dropouts to fit it in place. You'll need a 10 speed crankset, RD and chain as well.

Microshift control levers are designed to be compatible with Shimano drivetrains, so their 10-speed levers will work with 10-speed 105, Ultegra, or Dura-Ace derailleurs and cassettes. That means you will need Shimano or Shimano-compatible derailleurs (Microshift), a Shimano-compatible 10-speed cassette hub, and a Shimano or Shimano-compatible (SRAM) cassette. Also, the distance between your frame dropouts will need to be stretched to 130mm (from 120 or 126.5).
I had the opportunity to test Microshift's 8-speed levers, with Sora, I believe. The lever throws were long, for shifting and braking, and the levers were too flexible. The 10-speed levers, reputedly co-developed with Eric Sampson, are supposed to work better. The ones in the photo look suspiciously like the 8-speed levers I tried. I'd rather use Microshift derailleurs with Shimano levers.
The Modolos might be worth a try if you or someone you know is good at setting up indexed shifters.

i never understood why this should be necessary. I ride a 10-speed setup with a 7-speed compatible crank and chainwheels (Suntour Superbe Pro) without any problems. Chain is a Connex 1009.
