I think the main flaw is that the crank isn't up high enough. If you're not banging your chin with your knees then what's the poinit?

A little funky with the wookie hair style. But, the bike/frame looks like it has most of the parts other than wheels, and may be within the ballpark for price. Of course only 10s.

SOH is my guess, Stand Over Height. Looks like a 25" frame there in the gloom, so that's the only thing that makes sense.
