There's a bag of 19 SA right axle nuts on eBay.

While a lot of the parts are the same, the driver is completely different.

Just a thought....

If people are stripping SA nuts is it possible their axle threads are worn? I do know that on well used axles the threads near the ends are slightly smaller than the threads that have been inside the hub. Especially if the axle has rusted a bit. Do the nuts wobble on the axle?

I've never stripped the nuts, not even cheapo aftermarket ones. In fact other than a couple of people on this forum I've never heard of this being a problem. I have seen axles strip if there are too few threads engaged.

I only use SA nuts and have never stripped one. It's instructive to note that the left side nut doesn't need to be anywhere as tight as the right drive side one does.
