Windsor ID help
I picked up a Windsor that has no model markings. I was hoping someone might know what type of tubing it was made from. There was no sticker. Bike was made in Mexico. The bike has forged Suntour GS dropouts, chrome head lugs. Components are Suntour VGT and Suntour poower shifters. It has a Grand Compe stem and a SR Apex crank. Any thoughts?

The bike is nothing special, but it certainly looks sharper than many of its competitors, such as the UO-9.
