Yep - its straight. the rear drop out needs a little tweak, but that shouldn't be hard.
I need to replace the fork though - its dead. Luckily I live close enough the BICAS in Tucson and I can find a replacement cheap there. We've decided it came from Mexico based on our geographic location and the fact it had a 28 1x1/2 tire on it (not the original)

I've decide to use my track wheel set and make it a fixie (wait... can I say that in this section?...don't hurt me) mostly because there are no original components left to do anything else with. I'm also going to learn about stripping and painting a frame (glass beads and a friendly auto painting store)

I will go home tonight and look at my 87 Cilo I recall teh butted tubing joints look similiar(if that's what it is called).
