I know it's not much to go on, but can anyone tell me anything about/help me identify this frame?

Nice early 70's bike boom Mercier. Looks like it has stamped dropouts so your looking at a lower end model, but its a Mercier so its still good quality. I would love one like yours. A very similiar one sold on ebay(whole bike) for $150 last week.

I just flipped a same-era Mericer. Same seatstay cap and toptube detailing. Does the seat tube decal have a racer guy?

Thanks for the help all. I can't try to identify it any further, at this point, because I'm still trying to pick it up off Craigslist. It came up for $15 yesterday, and I've expressed interest but didn't see it for a few hours...so it's likely gone by now

Bikes: 1959 Capo Modell Campagnolo; 1960 Capo Sieger (2); 1962 Carlton Franco Suisse; 1970 Peugeot UO-8; 1982 Bianchi Campione d'Italia; 1988 Schwinn Project KOM-10;
The Mercier line tracks the Peugeot line pretty closely, with the 300 being a PX-10 equivalent, the 200 resembling the rare-in-the-U.S. PA-10, and the 100 and 90 matching the UO-8 and AO-8 prettly well.
