Hi all, I am hoping for help with information on a frame.

I bought a road bicycle with a Frontiera Frame. Apparently this frame builder was based in Carlisle, England, but I can find no information on the web. The frame has a cinelli bottom bracket, and is made from Columbus TSX tubing, which apparently dates to c. 1992. Does anyone know about Frontiera, or the possible value of the frame?
