Keep the Ross and don't worry about the fork. It was probably made that way.

Hmm. If it were me, I would look into the fork a bit. Maybe no reason to panic just yet. But figuring out if it is bent back would be easy, and impact the decision of which bike to keep.

Pictures are very decieving, but it looks to me like that fork is bent back a smidge. If what I am seeing is accurate, then there is no way that fork was made like that.

Again, no reason to jump ship on it just yet. But still. At the very least run a straight edge down the front tube and see if those tines go behind that edge. If so, then it is bent.
