Bikes: independent fabrication,seven

Hello my friends i was cheking for the odīs of the tubes and the dtube is a 28.8mm thettube 25.5mm seat tube28.6mm and the the htube beetwin lugs has 30.8mm,the treads of the bothom bracket are more match with the trad caunter 1.0 tread hope this helps.thanks to you all best ragards.

That's close enough to the British (Imperial) standard, which would be 25.4 for the TT, 28.6 for both DT and ST, there could be some interference from paint giving you these discrepancies.
If it were metric tubing, it would measure 28mm for both DT and ST, and 26mm for TT.
So...what have we here? Is it all British or does it have a metric thread (1.0mm) BB shell indicating a Swiss BB (cause of the LH threaded fixed cup) but on non-metric tube set? I'm back to being stumped.
