This showed up in my local (Harrisburg, PA) CL in the bike section:
https://harrisburg.craigslist.org/bik/1562678332.html
I cannot tell if it is legit or not. Anyone know what this is?

It is a brick and mortars flipper

look at their value chart.
they offer $30 to $50 for a 700c pre 90s bike in excellent condition...

My Massi(assuming I had one) in excellent codition is only worth $40 per their chart. They will need to work on that. They don't seem to have any bikes for sale yet, so it is hard to tell what their mark-up will be.
It appears that they put alot of work into the website, so I would assume it is not a hoax.
