Advice on my build options

My 72 Condor frame is currently undergoing a repaint, decals and color matched to the original; My attention now turns to the components; here are my current dilemmas:

1. Cranks: 73 Campy NR Strada 170 42/52 vs ~75 Dura Ace 39/52 also 170. The DA has been on the bike as long as I've had it and I prefer the 39 to a 42 for range. I need to stay with the DA axle - the only one the fits my BB.
2. Derailleurs; 73 Campy NR front and rear vs. Shimano Crane rear and a later Dura Ace front - Acutally my Crane is toast and I was using a 600, but I'd replace the Crane if it is right. Shifters are Campy down tube, the only original component on the bike.
3. Brakes: Campy GS, unknow vintage vs 80's Galli's with some road rash on the levers vs. Universal super 68's with no levers at this point.
4. Pedals: 73 Campy steel cage vs 80's Specialized alloy sealed bearing. Definitely a weight issue here.
5. The only headset I have is a Shimano 600 from the 80's What would be appropriate for the original build?
I'm keeping my fit components for now without change: Concor Saddle, SR Laprade pin, Cinelli stem and SR Road Champion bars. Current wheels will also stay for now: 80's Suntour Cyclone hubs with Weinmann Concave clinchers with suntour 6 13-24 freewheel.

The Shimano is what I've been riding on this bike for years and has endured considerably more wear than the Campy parts I aquired recently. I'm not certain about the the original equipment on the bike, but it certainly included some Campy in the drive line.

I'm interested in your thoughts on performance, character and appearance.

Thanks, Doug

personally I would go with the Campi and use the Galli brakes because they are unusual.

it was a nice looking bike. are you changing the color?

If I keep the Galli Calipers I'll need to go with the GS levers, since like my old Crane RD the left lever suffered to many Cat 4 criterium wipeouts.

I'm trying to keep the frame as close to the original as possible, my color swatch looks like a good match to the original, we'll see.
