shimano 6400 brakelever isometric drawing???

Hi Guys I am looking for an Isometric drawing showing me how to assemble or takeapart a
BL6403 Brakelever. The Lever belongs to the Shimano ultegra 600 set from aprox 1992.

The problem is that the loever is bent and scraped and needs to be changed. I do have the new lever but NO IDEA how to take the lever apart and put it back together.
Beings these levers have springs in them I dont want to start fooling around and not be able to put it back together again.

If anyone has a drawing or expierience with the BL6403 shimano brakelever, please respond here.

thanx

Rob

Sorry for the oversized pic!!!!

If you flip the lever over there's a small set screw that holds the pivot pin in place. Loosen it with a 2mm allen wrench and press the pin out.

Wow Jim thanks.

This is a lot better then nothing. Yep I did find the 2 mm Allen screw, but the problem is that the allan screw is stripped, there is no way i can get it loose.

Ohh well guess only thing i can do now is start looking for a cherry used one to buy.

Thanx Jim

A lot of my assemblies look like that drawing.

In fact, I just got rid of all the Ergos and STI's that looked like that.

Well I tried my darnest to take it apart but no luck, there is a little allan setscrew you have to remove and that little bugger wont move, the allan key slips and i cant get a grip on it so S.O.L.

Time to look for a good used one i guess, thanx everyone for the help.
