Hi,

I own a very nice orange losa. Lots of patina, but that only makes it more beautiful in my eyes. The frame is "bare", except for a columbus decal and some WC stripes. I was wondering if anyone has ever seen losa decals for sale anywhere. I know cyclomondo doesn't have any, and i didn't find anything via google. In fact i didn't even find a picture of losa decals from that period (late 70ies i'd say).

Any help? Another losa owner providing me hi-res pics so i can have my own made? Suggestions? many thanks...

Besides: Anyone ever noticed how badly a colnago ages in comparison to a bianchi? A little paint chipping and some tainted chrome on a colnago make its look feel somehow inferior very quickly. Whereas any amount of scratches or even rust don't touch the beauty of a bianchi.

try JR over at https://www.velocals.com/servlet/StoreFront

I don't think you're going to find Losa decals at any of the usual sources (Greg, JR etc.)
what I'd do is ask the guy who posts decals and headbadges for sale on Classic Rendezvous.
Giorgio is his name. I won't put his email in this but search the CR archives for "Girogio" and you
should come up with more than a few of his posts.
I get the feeling that his english is limited (i.e. babblefish translator?) so go slow,
might take a while for y'all to get to understanding each other.

You're talking about Giorgio Panciroli? His web site is https://www.vintagetransfers.it/. His email address (info@vintagetransfers.it) and phone numbers are listed there. His English isn't too bad.

I gather from this:

https://cgi.ebay.ch/Campagnolo-Giovan...0321122001r280

and some more searching, that Losa frames were often "rebadged" as to decals, while still being intesively losa-pantographed. Fork crown in the auction above is the same as on mine, except mine is chromed

All my emails are answered in the same manner: Either "losa??, never heard of it..." or "don't carry losa decals..."

wich leaves me at my starting point exactly

May I ask what program did you use to make your decals? I've been wanting to duplicate my 1960's Armstrong bike decals. I would love to give it the great paint job it deserves.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi, stupid question: Are these decals cut out along the outlines of the letters or are they square tube-wrap style decals with a clear background? Hope you understand my question, i am VERY VERY interested in a set...

Many thanks in advance!

These decals are cutout around each element leaving about a 1/32 inch clear boarder.
