Everyone! We must have drive side photos!!! It's easier to divine what you have if we can see the important components clearly.

Closer, clearer, drive side photos of the crank and derailleurs.

hopefully if the seller emails a better pic you can read it on the DT. judging from the 'safety' lever (not that I am one to judge) it looks like a lowerend model but it still looks to have a QR rearwheel. maybe something with light action index from the early '90s?
