Oops! 2 r's.This one is the product of using a frame mounted U type lock holder with a rubber sleeve. I tried cleaning it with a Simple Green type product first, then got more aggressive with a citrus degreaser product that had the same result. Whatever this is, it has penetrated through the decal and into the frame. It's actually more obvious in real life. The decal is yellow. Is there anything I can do?
