Specialized catch, any guess on model or year?

Potentially a good catch. No listed year or model, owner claims the bike costed $1200 new. It's a 56cm frame. STI shifters make me think it could've actually cost upwards of $500.
Any opinions or sites with information is appreciated.

Looks like an Allez frame with Campagnolo Veloce or Mirage components? 8 speed on the back? Probably mid-90's if the components are original, or could be a later addition.
Or maybe '94 Allez with Campagnolo Stratos? See here: https://www.bikepedia.com/QuickBike/B...llez&Type=bike

Absolutely an Allez. Great frame, but I wouldn't spend much more than $400, possibly even less given the size of the top tube ding.
