Asheville C&Vers
Hey everyone. I'm going to be in Asheville next weekend (sans bike unfortunately) and am wondering if there are any flea markets, co-ops etc I should check out.
We have a co-op here in Charlotte and I always manage to find something cool when I go there. Half the time it ends up in my parts bin though.
Thanks.

I live in Waynesville (30 miles west of Asheville). I find the pickings in Asheville to be pretty meager, and do better in other cities (like Charlotte, Knoxville, Boone, Atlanta, etc....) Asheville tends to a hipster market. Thrift stores aren't too great either.

check out Hearn's cyclery in downtown asheville, if nothing else to ogle some of their c&v bikes. They had a nice masi w/ c-record there, as well as others, plus a bunch of older fat tire cruisers. I don't think they even sell any new bikes there.
