?? How can you ride a bike like that? Wouldn't the L/R weight imbalance make it want to ride in circles?

Next thing you know someone will say you can actually ride a bike with the tire labels aligned incorrectly.
I don't want to know about it. ebedebedebedebedebedebedebedebedebedebeeeeee...

Thanks. Schlug, the fella I bought it from said it was a 94, but people on here aren't that sure about it. Anyway here's a thread I started on it just after I bought it.

Me and a bit of my Vitus 979. I was not well during the summer. This was my second after a long hiatus.

Thanks so much... I have you in my prayers... I see you noticed my Ceppy, a cap worn during the civil war. I'll post another picture of me with my 1969 Frejus Super Corsa, which I just finished rebuilding last month with the help of Michael in Mt. Vernon NY. Most parts were bought from Randy here on the forum at a very reasonable price.

Glad to see some new pics/new faces popping up

Philo: that Frejus is quite a survivor - I bet I'm not the only one here that would like to see that in its own thread (not to mention the '69 Super Corsa)!

Loving the mountain biking pics (and VR, looks like you did a pretty good job picking Mrs. VR). Lenton58 - welcome back on the bike

And Tom - thanks for clearing that up for me; I can sleep now!

At Chicago's Navy Pier during the Tall Ships event. The CF Colnago belongs to a friend of mine, the red bike is a Cinelli SC.

Thanks Tom. I see you are in the city. Any chance you are doing the Twin lights ride Sunday? Just a quick Sea Streak ferry ride to the Highlands. I'm thinking of doing it on the Merckx or Land Shark.

I live in central Connecticut and been mostly riding road for the past 24 years. Many good bikes over that time, carbon, aluminum and steel. I'm a steel fanatic and love all things bike.
