I have used H Lloyd to get Frejus decals, which turned out nicely. They actually made stickers, which I found easier since I didn't have the funds or desire to do a repaint. I am a peel and stick kind of guy.
I sent cash US $ with an an allowance for exchange - this seemed to work well. Here's a link with prices...

Bikes: Upright and Recumbent....too many to list, mostly Vintage.
I got my Raleigh decals from Cyclomondo, they're very nice and went on easily.
Even though they're in Australia the decals arrived in under a week.

FWIW, I've had transfers from both Greg (Cyclomondo) and H Lloyd . Both have been outstanding in both product and service.

Bikes: 1986 Alan Record Carbonio, 1985 Vitus Plus Carbone 7, 1984 Peugeot PSV, 1972 Line Seeker, 1986(est.) Medici Aerodynamic (Project), 1985(est.) Peugeot PY10FC
Wish they stocked Vitus Carbone replacement decals, I'd be ordering a set from them lickety-split if they did.
