Seatpost Help

I need to find a seat post for my Raleigh Alyeska. This frame's top tube is a little too short and I'm trying to get this thing to fit me. I need something 26.6mm with more than 2cm set back. There's nothing in the QBP catalogue with more set back, so I come to you guys that may know something to fit my old touring bike.

I love this bike and want to make it work

I'll put a longer stem and raise it, but I still would like to know if there are any seat posts that I can use.

More than 2cm of setback...

Kalloy UNO has 3/4" of setback.

I think raising the stem might acually solve my problem. right now this touring bike looks more like a race bike. Not good with the short TT
