Anyone heard of Godio and Paginini frames?

Went to a nice shop in Seattle and they had some old steel frames hanging on the walls. Mostly Pagininis but they had one really nice NOS Godio that is my size for $500. In white too! But my latest want is a reparo corse lugged steel Celeste bianchi. I found a few that would satisfy my desires- one of which is a EL OS frameset for $425. My dilemma is, do I get a very rare Godio or a used Bianchi that currently tops my list of wants? The thing that has me hesitating on the Bianchi is that I heard there is a weight limit to the EL OS bianchi frames and it has a few too many paint chips.

I know the answer! I should get them both!

BTW, does all frames made of EL OS have weight limits or just the bianchis?
