Campagnolo hub ID

Not C&V, but I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I found this at a yard sale this weekend. A gentleman at the bike shop said the cf rim it's laced to is from the mid 1990's, but he couldn't help with the hub. I assume the hub is from the same time period. Thanks for any help you may offer.

it looks like a C-Record hub. judging from the 16 spokes and you saying it has a CF rim it is likely an early Bora or Shammal wheel

pretty much a 'C Record' shell with fewer holes drilled in it , Bora is as good a name as any..
