Off Topic-Shipping?
I was wondering if there were any tips for shipping wheels. Are there any pre made boxes out there, or do I just need to cut/build custom boxes for them. What do you guys do?
Thanks

You can find a wheel box at your LBS. I recently ordered a set of wheels from VO. In addition to the plastic axle caps they included cardboard at the top and bottom of the box with two parallel (at an angle to the box) slats that fit over the wheels to keep them from moving in the box.

I get mine from the back of my LBS, same for bike boxes. They put them out for the cardboard recyclers to save room in the dumpster.

Most Bike Shops throw out or recycle more Bike Boxes and Bike specific packaging stuff than they can reuse or resell.
Anytime I've needed Bike or Wheel boxes I've been able to get what I want for the price of bringing a six pack of beer to the LBS.

+1 To Chris's comment above. All of the wheel boxes I have seen were on the flimsy side, real flimsy. Without proper additional packing, expect damage.

There are specially sized 83 1/2" boxes out there, so that you can ship front wheels for cheap; but rears and sets will go above the 84" USPS cut-off.
